In November 2025, SPACE Vietnam Co., Ltd. conducted a Satisfaction Survey among employees of Grand Leisure Outdoor Products Vietnam Co., Ltd., a valued client currently served by SPACE through daily industrial catering.
The survey collected 137 valid responses, reflecting employees’ genuine feedback on meal quality and service experience at the SPACE canteen.

Key Findings

  • 🥇 87% rated overall meal quality as “Excellent” or “Good.”
  • 🍛 Nearly 80% were satisfied with taste, freshness, and food safety.
  • 🧹 Over 60% found the canteen clean and hygienic.
  • ⏱ More than 60% considered the service fast and convenient.
  • 😊 59% were satisfied with staff attitude and friendliness.
  • 🥢 94% confirmed adequate dining utensils and supplies.
  • 💬 97% expressed willingness to continue using SPACE’s service.

Continuous Improvement through Feedback

Along with high satisfaction scores, employees also shared valuable feedback on utensil hygiene, menu diversity, and meal flavor.
SPACE Vietnam promptly took action to enhance service quality, including:

  • Reviewing and standardizing washing and storage processes.
  • Expanding weekly menu options and introducing regional dishes.
  • Strengthening inspection and control of raw ingredient quality.
